DESIGN IT – In-House Design Team

BUILD IT – Full Service Dirt Construction Company

• Specialize in frac pits from 500,000 to 2 million bbl’s for both fresh and produced water applications
• Fleet of over 130 pieces of CAT earthmoving equipment in the Permian Basin
• Utilize Trimble 3D Grade Control on all frac pit jobs for precision and efficiency

LINE IT – Certified Pit Lining Crews

• Multiple crews with decades of experience install HDPE liners for single and double lined systems
• Each crew is equipped with certified geomembrane techs, master seamers, on-site weld testing equipment, and quality control documentation
• Large inventory with many resources to ensure deadlines are met

FENCE IT – Full-Time Fencing Department

• Quality fencing material and proper installation are guaranteed for every job
• Four full-time fencing crews that install an average of 4,500 linear feet per frac pit enclosure
• Most commonly install 6’ chain link or 8’ game fences, with customization as needed

FILL IT – Water Well, Generator, and Poly Pipe Sales and Installation

Water Well Department

• Licensed water well crews for shallow or deep Santa Rosa pump installation
• Turnkey provider of ½ hp to 200 hp submersible pumps for water wells and pit pumps for reliable water supply

Generator Department

• Provide rental and field service of generators to power anything on site
• Fleet of over 450 rental generators ranging from 20kw to 1 Meg output

Poly Pipe Department

• Over 15 crews available for turnkey installation of 2” thru 18” poly pipe water or production needs
• Customized installation of load lines for truck and water transfer pump access
• Over 250 miles of 3” and 4” rental poly pipe for water supply

TREAT IT – Mobile Water Treatment and Filtration Units

• Capable of treating produced or flowback water “on the fly” from source to frac
• Low cost, high volume treatment of up to 50,000 BPD
• Fully integrated mobile chemical injection and filtration units

TRANSFER IT – Full-Service Water Transfer Department

• Over 80 miles of 8”, 10”, and 12” lay flat hose for high volume water transfer
• Multiple 24-hour crews experienced in fresh and produced water delivery for any size frac operation

MONITOR IT – Remote Pit Level Monitoring and Automation

• Pit volume monitoring installation allows remote access through any web accessible device
• Track water meter readings and utilize automation capabilities to control your water wells and/or generators

Frac Pit Maintenance Program

Bacteria can be extremely detrimental to an oilfield well program. Once contaminated with bacteria, a well may experience souring, bore damage, impacted quality, and conductivity issues. To address this, most well completion operations use a variety of disinfectants to sanitize the water. Recognizing the potential dangers associated with this scenario, our team added monthly Frac Pond Maintenance to our extensive list of services.

Water Treatment:

• Aeriation systems oxygenate water and prevent bacteria and algae blooms from creating H2S in ponds.

Surface Management:

• Site maintenance removes debris and litter and provides weed control
• Fence maintenance and erosion control preserve the integrity of your pond
